Previous Fontsera License (effective December 22, 2020 to September 2, 2022). If you purchased any item after September 2, 2022, this license will not apply.

A Premium License is valid for one individual on unlimited devices. if multiple individuals will work together to use the same licensed product, then each individual must purchase a separate license.

You are allowed to :

Create unlimited personal & commercial project.

Create physical or digital end products for sale.

Use the Font within desktop applications such as Cricut Design Space, Silhouette Studio, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, etc.

Use of web fonts up to a total 100,000 page views per month.

Use the fonts in videos, Broadcast and streaming for up to 100,000 views per month.

Use the fonts to create quotes, decals, sublimation etc. and upload those designs to Print-on-Demand (POD) sites.

Use the font in one title of an electronic publication such as an eBook, eMagazine, eNewspaper, or interactive PDF. Font can be embedded, but cannot be extractable.

You are not allowed to :

Sold or distribute the font on its original digital form.

Use the font in Application, Game and Server.

Upload the font files to Print-on-Demand (POD) sites.

Use the font in more than one title of an electronic publication.

Exceed the allowed usage permitted in this license.

General License Terms

You are hereby granted to:

  • Use the Licensed Font for personal and commercial purposes, under the allowances of our premium license.
  • Create physical or digital end products for sale permitted in our premium license.
  • Web fonts Only displayed in the Licensee’s website(s) within the  100,000  page views per month limit.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

  • Distributing the fonts downloaded and/purchased from us in any manner, including: selling, giving away for free.
  • Allowing more than one user to use fonts downloaded/purchased from us to make projects for personal or commercial use without license.
  • You are not permitted to open, edit, or modify fonts. Convert to paths and editing in programs such as Illustrator are permitted, provided the results are not converted back to font software for redistribution.
  • Reformat files, or copy, trace, rename, or recreate fonts by us to share, distribute, resell or claim as your own in any way.
  • Convert the fonts to other formats and sell those as new templates (e.g. embroidery Formats).
  • Create logo templates for sale in a way which fonts can be accessed by users without a license.
  • Provide a digital copy of the original font with your digital/physical product.
  • Create a digital product that consists of only letters and alphabets of a font.
  • Creating letterform/alphabet products for resale or distribution
  • Use the fonts in pornographic, fraudulent, immoral, infringing, illegal, harassing, offensive, or defamatory material, is strictly prohibited
